Participating in load-shedding programs with local utilities to reduce aggregate energy demand
Installing variable speed drives in HVAC equipment
Installing highly efficient direct outside air HVAC systems and heat recovery wheels
Installing car charging stations and bike rooms
Targeting locations with high Walk Scores, Transit Scores, & Bike Scores
Implementing recycling programs
Adopting enhanced air filtration to the highest standards and installing bipolar ionization systems
